Bounty



Ingredients :

200 g coconut
100 ml sweet creme
70 g powdered sugar 
70 g butter
200 g chocolate for cooking

Directions :

Pour in one bowl coconut and powdered sugar. In another pot heat the sweet cream and butter over low heat until the butter is completely melted. Leave the resulting mixture to cool down.

When the mixture has cooled, pour over coconut and powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture gets hard. 

The resulting mixture can shape in two ways: The first and easiest way is to place it in the pan and make it level. Another way is to form a muesli bar, which are placed on aluminum foil.  
Whether you choose the easy way or the hard wayit needs to be placed in the fridge to be tightened.
Over pinched mixture pour melted chocolate, or dip muesli bar in chocolate, and then place it back in the fridge to be tightened.
