Ingredients:
Chocolate Cake
3 tbsp flour
4 tbsp granulated sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray

Topping
1/2 cup cut-up fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Cool Whip topping
1/2 cup cut-up fresh strawberries

Directions:
Combine strawberries and sugar in small bowl; set aside.
Spray insides of 2 microwave-safe mugs with cooking spray.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl, then mix wet ingredients one at a time. Mix in chocolate chips.
Spray inside of mug with cooking spray and pour batter into mug.
Microwave mug on HIGH for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes in 1250 watt microwave. Increase to 3 minutes for lower wattage microwave.
Cut the cake into 1-2 inch layers and assemble your strawberry shortcake using a cake, whipped cream, strawberries pattern. Place extra fresh strawberries at the base of your cake.
